The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are clean and spacious with beautiful balconies, which were the highlight of our stay, but some rooms are old and in poor condition. The service is friendly and super helpful, accommodating special requests, although they may not be flexible with changes. The location is good, spanning across 32 acres with lovely views, but the wait time at the buffet can be slightly long. The dining options are enjoyable with a variety of choices, albeit slightly expensive. Overall, a decent stay with its ups and downs.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, there were some maintenance issues that affected my experience. The charges of 9000 INR per room per night were a bit on the higher side.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with good views but faces issues with ants and cockroaches. The staff is very helpful and cooperative, though they do not speak the regional Kannada language.
